"There is a moment that pioneer have found a picture from the light shining in through dark darkness.
The landscape and the like through the eyes appeared as image for reflecting place.
Since then, people were captivated by looking image as ladling up light, yearn for continuing to look beautiful image.
Talbot Fox Henry William may be such one.
He had approached to photography experiment, he have left photographic works named photogenic drawing with sense of drawing the painting by light.
In recent years, Igarashi is also has produced art works through painting and photography about drawing.
Glimpse of them can be seen in collaboration and research record with Mr. Natsuyuki Nakanishi beginning from 2006.
Igarashi was presented mainly to overseas since 2005, this exhibition getting a new production environment-Kyoto and Kurashiki and been long time from past exhibition.
